This installation consists of the legendary heavy metal guitarist, Dimebag Darrell's equipment cast out of heavy metals. He was murdered on stage at a concert in 2004.The stage that they sat upon has collapsed, and his signature Dean ML guitar, has been cast in iron, and now lies broken on the floor. The full stack Randall amplifier (cast in iron), and effects and chords (cast in lead), are twisted and strewn throughout the wreckage, and his lone guitar pick (cast in gold) lies on the floor. The sight of this destructive array gives way to the humming sound of the amplifiers that are now void of human interaction.
